Typically, our artwork is completed within 2-4 business days.

What happens if I'm not happy with my portrait?
Not a problem at all! We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your portrait. That's why we include three free revisions with every order. We'll work with you to make sure it's perfect.
How do I get my artwork?
All artwork is delivered digitally to your email. Physical prints are available for purchase during the checkout process.
What kind of photos should I send?
We recommend clear, well-lit photos for the best results. Feel free to send photos of the whole group together, or individual pictures if you prefer. Don't worry if you don't have a perfect group photo – selfies and full-body shots are great too!
